QUEENSLAND ALL WELSH FOAL FUTURITY 2014
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Unborn Welsh Foals (ALL SECTIONS) and unborn Part Welsh Foals to be born between 1st August 2012 and 31st July 2013 may be registered for the 2014 Qld Foal Futurity.
1.(a) Special Conditions - Pregnant or Lactating Mares imported between 1/8/2012 and 31/7/2013 - Owner may nominate a foal at foot or an unborn foal within 28 days of the Mare’s arrival in Australia.
2. Nominators must be financial members of the WP&CS of AUSTRALIA Inc. at the time of Judging. Proof must be produced upon request.
3. One owner may enter as many foals as desired, but entries cannot be transferred from one foal to another.
4. A change of ownership will not affect eligibility providing the transfer is correctly registered with the WP&CS of Australia and the Foal Futurity organiser is notified.
5. Entry fee will not be refunded unless the event is cancelled, in which case a percentage of Fees paid will be retained to cover expenses.
6. Judging Venue will be the QUEENSLAND ALL WELSH SHOW 2014
7. The Best Foal Futurity Exhibit Judged from all class winners (PART WELSH NOT ELIGIBLE) will receive a Trophy and Sash.
8. The Best Part Welsh Futurity Exhibit (judged from winners of the Part Welsh Classes) will receive a Trophy and Sash
9. Ribbons from 1st to 4th (to 6th if more than 10 nominations).
10. Prize Money 1st and 2nd Placing. Prize money to total the entry fees less advertising and 25% running expenses.
11. Nomination Fees must be paid by 31st July 2012 - 31st July 2013 - 15th January 2014.
12. NON PAYMENT OF FEES WILL BE AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION.
13. No new Entries (except for clause 1(a) for the 2014 foal futurity will be accepted after 31st July 2012. All cheques made payable to the WP&CS QUEENSLAND Regional Promotional Group Foal Futurity. Entries for 2014 may be totalled.
14. To be eligible for judging, all entries must be full adult registrated at the time of judging, with the exception of Colts, which must be birth notified or Adult registered.
